| On August,9th,2013, delegation of Ministerial Workshop on Water Conservancy Economy for Developing Countries visited Business School. This workshop was held in Room A100, Boxue Building. Twenty-one leaders from twelve developing countries came to attend this workshop. Huang Dechun, Assistant Dean of Business school, presided over this workshop. Zhang Yang, Dean of Business School, Shi Guoliang, Dean of Public Management College, and Wang Qun, Dean of International Education College attended the workshop, and made inspiring speeches.
Dean Zhang first expressed his warmest welcome to all the distinguished guests, and introduced to them the historical evolution, education scale, disciplinary advantages, as well as the internationalization process of HHBS. Then, he made an inspiring speech on "Collaborative Innovation Development of National Water Safety and Water Resources". Dean Shi made a speech on "International Hydropower Sustainability and Assessment" at the workshop. Dean Wang made a speech on "International Education and Cooperative Training Mode". Speeches made by three deans were very exciting and won prolonged applause from all the audience. Guests from developing countries exchanged ideas with each other in the workshop. After the seminar, leaders and professors from Hohai University took a group photo with all the distinguished guests in the front door of Hohai University.
Ministerial Workshop on Water Conservancy Economy for Developing Countries ended in a happy atmosphere in Hohai University, which exerted a strategic influence on the the cause of water conservancy and hydropower, as well as the international education in developing countries.
